ABOUT THE HOSTS

The 21st century workplace and labor market are much different than in the past. New generations and technologies are rapidly changing the expectations people have for their employer - how they want to work and how they want to be led.

As a complex organization, how do you lead in this new 21st century environment? How do you attract and retain top talent? How do you win as an employer of choice?

We firmly believe that a coaching culture and leadership style are both imperative to succeed in the 21st Century labor market.

We have successfully built  successful and profitable organizations based on the foundation of a coaching culture and it is our mission to help others do the same.
